This month, my sister and I  are focusing on health and wellness. We are trying out new recipes, workouts, and tips to look and feel our absolute best. With having a hectic work week, and juggling different responsibilities it’s hard to stay on track. We’re meal-prepping on Sundays so that during the week, we can stick to our fitness goals and save time.
